ABOUT

Guided by its mission to inspire, educate, and advocate for community supported athletics, Hingham Sports Partnership (HSP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening youth and school sports through leadership, funding, and increased awareness. Founded in 1995, HSP is powered by a committed volunteer board that has raised and reinvested more than $3.5 million into Hingham athletics. The organization provides critical support through grants, scholarships, and educational workshops designed to elevate the experience of both student athletes and coaches.

HSP has led some of the most transformative sports initiatives in town, including The DOCK, powered by New Balance, a fitness and wellness center at Hingham High School, our largest project to date, raising $1.5 million over three years to build the 2,500 sq. ft. facility. HSP also served as the lead donor for the HHS Turf Field and Lights project, contributing $250,000 toward the community’s $1 million effort. HSP continues to support a wide range of initiatives throughout the school year, funding smaller projects between $1,000 - $10,000, while also considering larger opportunities, including major capital projects reaching up to $1 million, that bring meaningful value to the community.

In addition to financial support and advocacy, HSP engages the community through regular communications, newsletters, and fundraising events that directly benefit Hingham Sports. The HSP website offers access to past project highlights, grant request information, donation opportunities, scholarships, event updates, team schedules, board member details, sponsor recognition, and our full newsletter library.
