Studies have shown that players enjoy their experience the most when they are at the right competitive level. This allows them increased opportunity to contribute, learn, and practice. A and B teams should be seen as one way we seek to provide that opportunity.

There is no rule that says a player that makes the B Team cannot move up to A and  vice versa - it happens and with the best of intentions. Each year in 5th to 8th Grade we hold evaluations to best place each player. Please see document below for more.
