10 AND UNDER / 8 AND UNDER TENNIS TEAM for 2013!!

Back by popular demand, Hingham Youth Tennis presents 2013 Summer Team Tennis for Elementary School aged kids.

This is a MATCHES ONLY program. This means your child will meet once a week and play other children from another club (or another child on the team if numbers don't match). 10 and under kids will be playing with the age appropriate balls (orange) and 60-ft. court size. Likewise, 8 and under kids will play with age appropriate balls (red) and 36-ft. court size. This program is dependent upon parent volunteers to represent our facility each week. Please be available at least ONCE to assist with monitoring the matches. This is a community recreational program, and therefore no extra membership registration for the USTA is required.

10 and Unders (9 and 10 year olds only) & 8 and Unders ( 7 and 8 year olds only) will meet on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm at PRS courts or Black Rock Country Club to play singles or doubles.

Session begins June 26 to August 8 (based on player availability).

We will host a Kids Play Day for registered members prior to matches on Sunday, June 23rd @ 3PM at the South Shore Country Club.  Meanwhile, please review the USTA 10 and under tennis section on our website or at the USTA website.

SUMMER TENNIS CAMPS AT SOUTH SHORE CC
For tennis camps (3-hour sessions lasting one week each), please see the South Shore Country Club website. This camp, run by the South Shore YMCA, offers professional teaching instruction.
